Buying a new car in Germany for Polish company

I found a new car in German dealer. The price is very good, but seller told me he cannot give me an export invoice because car must be registered in Germany. I am an owner of company, and it is important for me having exporting ivice for a leasing company. How can I do this. Please help me because I don't know the rules. Have You know any dealer of Audi or broker who can help me.

I think the german dealer told you not the truth, probably he don´t want to have so much expenditure with an sale in a foreign country!? I´ve never heard anything like that before...that a car must be registered in Germany before sale.And if it was really true..the dealer can register the car for one day, we call it in german "Tageszulassung"! An easy solution for that problem... ;)

Tageszulassung - one day registration.

Thank You for Your prompt reply. How do I convince dealer on a one-day registration? They did not propose such a solution. There is posibility to convince to do this?

Hi there.

An one day registration is needed only for the dealer to get a cheaper price from factory by selling ONLY in D (not EU), because later it's not a new car anymore.
So just 1 day registration makes the car around 20 % cheaper than a blank reg.

mobile.de or autoscout.de are loaded with offers one day reg "Tageszulassung" .It ain't magic...

And think about the theme: VAT - makes a great difference.
Costs transporting car D to PL: 200/300 EUR.

Best would be, You talk with Your Leasing-Partner - they do this kind'a business every day :) and with a lot of experience. Pay a little more, but You're on the good, safer way !
