Ich muss zum Sommerfest in der Schule einen Blechkuchen backen...hatte immer bis jetzt so einen einfachsten der Welt gebacken oczko jetzt muss was anderes kommen.
Am besten was mit Erdbeeren...kann mir jemand helfen? So neue, nicht ausprobierte Rezepte sind bei meiner Zeitmangel zu riskant smutny

Muszę do szkoły na fest upiec ciasto na blasze..dotychczas piekłam takie najłatwiejsze w świecie, teraz chciałabym coś nowego.
Najlepiej jakieś z truskawkami...może mi ktoś coś wypróbowanego poradzić? Mam za mało czasu żeby samej eksperymentować smutny

nie przepadam za ciastami z owocami, ale jeśli jest to dla dzieci, to polecam: biszkopt - w dowolnej formie (upieczony lub kupiony) i do tego masa truskawkowa. Dzieciaki lubia to na 100%, a jeśli jeszcze ozdobisz truskawkami, albo zalejesz galaretkoą z truskawkami - to bedzie jak lody!

Danke Euch, die Rezepte im Internet hab ich schon durchgeguckt, hab eher was gemeint, was schon jemand gemacht hat und sagen kann "lecker" mniam und gelingt immer oczko

Dawno juz nie robiłam (dzieci juz wyrosły trochę haha )

Masa truskawkowa:
1 litr zmiksowanych truskawek
pół litra śmietany kremówki
2 łyżki cukru pudru
4 dag żelatyny
2 galaretki truskawkowe
pół kilograma truskawek

Ubić śmietane z cukrem pudrem, dodać zmiksowaną część truskawek oraz żelatynę (rozpuszczam zawsze w pół szklanki zimnej wody następnie wkladam ze szklanką do garnka z wodą i podgrzewam do rozpuszczenia - nie wtedy grudek, do ubitej śmetany dodaję, gdy jest chłodna). Masę wylać na biszkopt i ułożyć truskawki . Wstawic do lodówki, a gdy masa zastygnie wylać na wierzch galaretki. Można też bez galaretek, gdy nie wszyscy lubią. Masa jest dietetyczna (bez masła!) - jak lody!

Hab zwar alles da was man so an Werkzeug braucht um zu backen, aber kanns nicht wirklich.Ne Fertigbackmischung bekomme ich noch hin, aber da ist auch meine Grenze. milczek

Dafür kann ich lecker kochen.... mniam

Ich frag mal meine Mam, die backt immer selbst, stells dann ein auch wenn du schon was hast.

Käsekuchenblech wäre bei dem Wetter optimal! mniam
