For one of our clients in Maastricht, we are currently looking for a:


Customer Service Representative Department
(Polish, German)


Customer Assistance Centre (CAC) in Maastricht. The CAC is the central point of contact for Western Europe, taking care of the needs of current and prospective customers. Our rich cultural environment, there are over 40 nationalities represented and more than 600 employees, are here to insure that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.


Department description


The Customer Service department serves all European customers and prospective customers by handling all inquiries and complaints. All inquiries and complaints are handled by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail. Customer
Service is responsible for after-sales service issues, technical and product topics and general company related inquiries.


Place within the organisation


The Customer Service Representative will handle all incoming inquiries and will work closely with and report to his Team Leader, in order to maximise and maintain performance levels.


Main responsibilities


- Invoicing information
- Handling of complaints and inquiries
- Support related to technical and product topics
- After-sales service issues & Handling of customer contacts


Requirements


- Higher vocational education
- Native Polish with good knowledge in German
- Good knowledge of English (company language)
- Good written and verbal skills & advanced negotiation skills
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of European geography


Some of our working terms and conditions


- € 21.552 EUR gross + benefits based in personal targets that can reach 7000 EUR gross/year.
- Maximum hours per week: 37,5.
- The salary increments for nights and Saturdays on a 150%, Sundays 200%.
- We offer an extensive relocation package (including travel arrangements, six weeks of housing, moving / shipping of your furniture and belongings).

Working hours


Shifts 24/7 including nights and week-ends.
