Ich würde sagen, dass die Form "pobolewam" eigentlich grammatisch korrekt ist, aber solcher Ausdruck wie "pobolewam trochę" ist eher umgangssprachlich. Wenn die Nachbarin gesagt hätte "pobolewa mnie trochę głowa / ręka / kolano... to i owo", wäre das ganz in Ordnung. Die Bedeutung ist nämlich: "es tut etwas weh" oder "es tut manchmal weh". Man kann hier vielleicht den Einfluss des Verbs "ubolewać", welches mit dem Verb "boleć" verwandt ist vermuten, weil seine Konjugation in der sprachlichen Wirklichkeit sich auf alle grammatischen Personen bezieht.
